Job summary

VIPcare in Florida is seeking a compassionate outpatient physician to join our growing team. You will deliver primary care to a small patient panel, with no nights or weekends and a full outpatient focus.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in Florida.
• Additional training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.
• At least 3 years of outpatient primary care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to a patient panel in a 100% outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with allied health professionals and care coordinators to ensure high-quality care.
• Contribute to dashboards and quality metrics to support performance-based compensation.

What We Look For:

• Active and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain a license in the practicing state OR have an active Area of Critical Need license in Florida

• Additional training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred

• At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care
