Job summary

VIPcare is expanding its outpatient primary care team and seeks a compassionate physician to join a leading network focused on better health outcomes. The role offers a four-week PTO plan, competitive compensation, and a strong support structure including CME allowances and malpractice coverage.

The ideal candidate will have an unrestricted medical license in the practicing state or an Area of Critical Need license, with 3+ years in outpatient primary care and interest in value-based care.

• Active and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain a license in the practicing state OR have an active Area of Critical Need license in Florida
• Additional training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care

What We Look For
