Job summary

The Madison Club in La Quinta is seeking a Valet & Transportation attendant to be the first and last point of contact for our members and guests. You will assist with parking, drive transit vans, and transport passengers onsite or offsite, contributing to the Discovery Land Company experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, parking vehicles, assisting with baggage, keeping shuttles clean, and coordinating with F&B for arrivals/departures. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. Driver’s license or international equivalent.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• At least six (6) months of guest-service experience in a high-volume environment.
• Prior valet attendant in luxury club or private resort setting (preferred).
• Proficient in proper and safe driving of vehicles.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Read/write/speak English; additional languages preferred.
• Must lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and communication with members, guests, and team members.
• Meet and greet arriving/departing members and guests in a timely manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles or golf carts safely and efficiently.
• Drive, pick up, or drop off members and VIP guests around the local area.
• Log all vehicles, passengers and golf bags that come through valet.
• Keep club vehicles clean and stocked with supplies; basic cleaning.
• Coordinate with departments for timely service and reservations.
