Job summary

Seventh Dimension, LLC is seeking a Valet Attendant to support the VA Medical Center in St. Louis, MO. You will greet veterans and visitors, assist with vehicle entry/exit, and maintain safe, orderly valet areas.

A valid MO driver’s license and clean driving record are required. You will ensure timely parking/retrieval, assist with wheelchair transfers if needed, and uphold high-quality customer service for all veterans and visitors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license (Missouri) with at least two years driving experience.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Fluent in English.
• Pass 5-panel drug testing clearance.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Clean DMV driving history.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Veteran patients exiting or entering their vehicle.
• Retrieve VA-provided wheelchairs or assist into a wheelchair on arrival.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of valet staging and parking areas.
• Park or retrieve vehicles within ten minutes of arrival or request for retrieval.
• Ensure only Veteran patients, or defined exceptions, park in designated valet areas.
• Provide self-parking directions to visitors, employees, and vendors.
• Monitor/report suspicious people, incidents, and hazards to the Valet Manager and VA Police.
• Safely park and retrieve valet-parked vehicles.
• Instruct drivers on how to check and claim their valet-parked vehicles.
