Qualifications

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering an amazing customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience, greeting and serving customers.
• Inform merchandisers/managers on stocking needs and maintain visual standards.
• Handle complex customer service situations and assist VIP clientele.
• Stay educated on current product assortment and act as an informed brand ambassador.
• Possibly assist with opening/closing duties and attend meetings.
