Responsibilities

• Inform merchandisers and managers on stocking needs.

• Problem-solve customer issues and loop in management for assistance.
• Manage VIP client interactions with high-touch service.
• Stay up-to-date on product assortment to act as brand ambassador.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Attend occasional work meetings and stay punctual.
