Job summary

ANINE BING in Los Angeles is seeking a Virtual Styling & Sales Lead to spearhead our VIP Styling Studio within the Ecommerce team. This hybrid role blends strategic leadership with hands-on clienteling, reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, and collaborating across Ecommerce, Retail, and Marketing to elevate the client experience.

You will build digital content, grow a portfolio of high-value clients, host virtual and in-store styling sessions, and drive sales targets while expanding the brand's

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a sales advisor or stylist with personalized recommendations.
• Experience in retail sales, clienteling, or personal styling in VIP environments.
• Familiar with Shopify, Endear, or similar clienteling/CRM tools.
• Excellent written communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable analyzing sales data and KPIs.
• Flexible to support in-office and in-store duties weekly.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the VIP Styling Studio with cross-team collaboration.
• Develop digital content, tools, training library for scalable clienteling.
• Grow and manage a portfolio of high-value clients.
• Deliver against sales targets with focus on conversion and retention.
• Host virtual and in-person styling appointments.
• Identify VIP clients and grow key segments.
• Partner with Marketing on events and gifting.
• Establish KPIs and reporting to evolve the program.
