_Waldorf Astoria Orlando_ is seeking a **_VIP Services Concierge_** to join the _Front Office_ team.

This luxurious Forbes 4-star property is located near Walt Disney Resort, featuring 502 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets, including 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a pool, and in-room dining.

Classification: Full-Time
Shift: 8-hour shifts typically between 8 AM and 8:30 PM; must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: $18.20 per hour plus tips and full benefits.

What will I be doing?

As a VIP Services Concierge, you will serve as an ambassador of the hotel by providing personalized assistance and local area information to guests, ensuring a memorable experience through a variety of guest satisfaction initiatives.

  • Greet guests warmly and respond to inquiries accurately regarding hotel services, local attractions, transportation, and other guest needs.
  • Answer calls, manage messages, and handle mail, packages, and facsimiles.
  • Arrange recreation, business, and dining activities, and respond promptly to requests for services such as medical, child care, or floral arrangements.
  • Register VIP guests, input and retrieve information, confirm details, and promote Hilton marketing programs. Assign rooms based on guest preferences, code electronic keys, and provide necessary materials.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints, conduct research for solutions, and remain calm during emergencies and busy periods.
  • Distribute brochures and assist the Front Desk as needed.
