Crypto.com is building a VIP retail franchise for CFTC-regulated prediction markets and perpetual futures. The VIP Sales Manager owns a book of high-volume traders, acquires them, gets them live, keeps them trading, and turns them into durable volume.

This role targets sophisticated retail traders across crypto perps, prediction markets and equity derivatives, with end-to-end ownership of sourcing, conversion, onboarding, retention, and win-backs.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in client-facing VIP sales, retail derivatives coverage, or BD at a crypto exchange, CFD broker, prediction market or sportsbook VIP desk.
• Existing network of high-value traders you can engage from day one.
• Fluency in how retail/prosumer traders use perps and event contracts, margin, funding and fees.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a pipeline of VIP retail traders suited for event contracts and crypto/equity perps.
• Drive the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, conversion, onboarding, and ongoing high-touch coverage.
• Source new high-value traders from competitor venues and convert them with clear positioning on liquidity, fees, UX, and regulatory edge.
• Navigate VIPs to the right product mix based on their trading activity.
• Reactivate dormant top traders with data-driven outreach and bespoke incentives.
• Provide day-to-day coverage for your book via Telegram/Discord/calls and liaison with Support, Risk and Ops.
• Monitor client activity and surface feedback on product, margin, fees, and UX.
• Hit VIP KPIs: volume, active traders, acquisitions, winbacks, and migrations.
• Represent the brand at events where VIP traders gather and keep CRM updated.

We are building the VIP retail franchise for CFTC-regulated prediction markets and perpetual futures — including crypto and equity perps. As VIP Sales Manager, you own a book of high-volume individual traders: acquire them, get them live, keep them trading, and turn them into durable volume.

This is a relationship-first sales role for sophisticated retail / prosumer traders — crypto perps whales, prediction-market power users, sportsbook/CFD VIPs migrating onshore, and active equity-derivatives traders. You run the full motion end to end: source leads, convert, onboard, retain, and win back. You are the primary point of contact for your top accounts and the voice of the trader back into Product, Risk, and Growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and own a pipeline of VIP retail traders who are a natural fit for event contracts and crypto/equity perps.
• Drive the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, conversion, onboarding, and ongoing high-touch coverage.
• Source new high-value traders from competitor venues (offshore perps exchanges, other prediction markets, CFD brokers, sportsbooks) and convert them with clear positioning on liquidity, fees, UX, and regulatory edge.
• Navigate each VIP to the right product mix — prediction markets vs. crypto perps vs. equity perps — based on how they actually trade.
• Reactivate dormant top traders with data-driven outreach and bespoke incentives (fee tiers, rebates, referral perks, priority support).
• Serve as day-to-day coverage for your book: Telegram/Discord/calls, fast issue resolution, and liaison with Support, Risk, and Ops.
• Monitor client activity and surface structured feedback on product, margin, fees, and UX to Product and Growth.
• Hit and report VIP KPIs: volume, active traders, new acquisitions, winbacks, and competitor migration.
• Represent the brand in trader communities and at conferences/events where VIP retail traders congregate.
• Keep CRM pipeline and forecasts accurate; document every material client interaction.

Job Requirements:

• 3–5+ years in client-facing VIP sales, retail derivatives coverage, or BD at a crypto exchange, CFD broker, prediction market, sportsbook VIP desk, or similar.
• Existing network of high-volume individual traders (crypto perps, event markets, or equity derivatives) you can engage from day one.
• Fluency in how retail/prosumer traders use perps and event contracts: leverage, margin modes, funding, fees, and what actually moves volume.
• Proven ability to source from cold, close, and monetize VIP relationships against volume or revenue targets.
• Comfort in a regulated US (CFTC) environment; Series 3 preferred or obtainable within 60 days.
• High EQ and white-glove instincts — equally credible in a Telegram group and on a one-on-one with a serious trader.
• Excellent written and oral English (local language a plus). Writing/presentation samples welcome.

Nice to Have:

• VIP or derivatives sales at Binance, Bybit, OKX, Coinbase, Hyperliquid, dYdX, or a regulated prediction market.
• Background in sportsbook / gaming VIP acquisition or high-stakes player management.
• Familiarity with prediction markets and event-driven trading.
• Active presence in crypto or trader communities (X, Discord, Telegram).
• Exposure to US-compliant perpetual-style futures vs. offshore perps.

$110,000 - $160,000 a year

Above is base pay only and does not include potential commission earnings.
