Overview:
We are looking for a vibrant and professional Model Cocktail Server to join our poolside team and elevate the experience for our guests. As a Model Cocktail Server, you’ll be the face of the pool area, providing excellent service, crafting signature cocktails, and ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable time. Key Responsibilities:

• Cocktail Service: Serve a variety of specialty cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Modeling & Guest Engagement: Represent the brand with a polished, stylish, and engaging appearance. You’ll set the tone for the atmosphere, providing excellent service while exuding confidence and charm.
• Up-selling & Recommendations: Use your knowledge of the drink menu to make recommendations and up-sell cocktails, drinks, and specials, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
• Guest Relations: Create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for all pool guests. Ensure all guests’ needs are met promptly and handle requests or issues professionally.
• Food & Drink Delivery: Ensure food and drinks are delivered in a visually appealing and timely manner, maintaining a high standard of service and presentation.
• Maintain Cleanliness & Organization: Keep the poolside area clean and organized. Refill supplies and maintain a tidy service station throughout your shift.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with bartenders, fellow servers, and management to ensure smooth operations and an outstanding guest experience.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety and health protocols, including responsible alcohol service and checking IDs as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous cocktail serving or bartending experience is preferred, but not required. Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Appearance: Must have a well-groomed, polished, and professional appearance. A strong sense of style is important to align with the venue’s image.
• Personality: Friendly, outgoing, and confident with excellent communication skills. Ability to connect with guests, create a positive environment, and stay calm under pressure.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to carry multiple trays, walk long distances, and stand for extended periods in an outdoor setting, often under the sun.
• Age: Must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age for alcohol service in your location).
