Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tejon seeks an on-site Hospitality Host - Player Development to develop guest programs that attract mid- to high-limit players and build loyalty. You will engage VIP guests, manage relationships, and coordinate events while ensuring superb service at a designated host podium.

Applicants should have casino marketing or guest services experience, be 21+, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Casino marketing or guest services experience required.
• 2 years host experience or 1 year marketing experience.
• Must obtain gaming licenses/certifications.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Must be able to work nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate programs to attract mid- to high-limit players.
• Interact with VIP guests to encourage return visits and guest loyalty.
• Staff front-of-house Host podiums to provide service to qualified Unity members.
• Assist with planning and execution of events and guest invitations.
• Maintain relationships with guests and manage guest expectations while on property.
