Job summary

Montage International is seeking a VIP Itinerary Specialist to design bespoke, highly personalized luxury itineraries for VIP guests, in coordination with the Front Office, Culinary, Spa, Recreation, Transportation, and local partners.

You will engage with sales and guest relations, tailor experiences to guest preferences, celebrations, and travel styles, and ensure seamless execution and confidentiality throughout the stay.

Qualifications

• Hotel/Leisure Sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS.
• Excellent phone, written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design customized pre-arrival and in-house itineraries for VIPs and special travelers.
• Coordinate with all resort departments to ensure flawless execution of each itinerary.
• Build and maintain relationships with trusted luxury partners.
• Assist with guest communications and travel advisor inquiries.
• Create estimates and quotes for travel agents.
