Job summary

Corporate Travel Management seeks a Travel Advisor, International, in Omaha to support VIP/executive travelers with international air, ground, hotel, and other arrangements. You will use strong communication and teamwork to deliver exceptional service and may mentor junior counselors.

You will develop relationships with clients and vendors, navigate complex international itineraries, apply loyalty programs, and ensure accurate, compliant travel plans while maintaining the highest level of

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years travel counselor experience booking corporate travel.
• Proficiency with Sabre GDS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to determine travel needs and arrangements.
• Arrange international air, rail, car, hotel, and related services.
• Advise on loyalty programs, upgrades, and schedules.
• Ensure accuracy of itineraries and documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of international travel requirements and regulations.
• Provide mentoring to less experienced travelers as needed.
• Monitor reservations and ensure timely ticketing and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal leadership to optimize travel programs.
• Handle payments according to policy.
