Ambition, dedication, attention to detail, and a warm smile are all winning characteristics that lead to the spirit of who we are.**Position Summary:**Responsible for oversight and management of the VIP Lounge; including but not limited to, admission to the lounge, food quality and presentation, and ensuring the cleanliness of the lounge area.**Primary Duties and Responsibilities:*** Promotes superior guest service.* Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.* Monitors the entrance to the VIP Lounge to ensure access is tracked.* Ensures the quality of the room and reports issues.* Provides guidance and feedback on the menu in the VIP Lounge to the Casino Marketing Manager.* Entertains guests in the VIP Lounge while building relationships in the area.* Works in collaboration with the Food and Beverage department to provide excellent service in the VIP Lounge guests and maintain the integrity of the room in regard to access.* Has the ability to extend complementary service in accordance with approved comp matrix.* Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.* Performs other duties as assigned.**Minimum Qualifications:*** High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).* One (1) year of customer service experience.* Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.* Excellent communication conflict resolution skills.* Must be able to stand during entire shift with frequent reaching, bending, and stooping.* Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours including weekends and holidays.* Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.* Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Food and Beverage experience preferred.**Work Shift:****Wages:**This role offers a starting wage of $19.94 per hour.
