Job Responsibilities

• Create a professional, upscale, welcoming environment for guests from all walks of life.
• Greet and escort customers, providing personal service to VIP guests and bottle service guests.
• Manage private rooms and VIP tables, including payments and timing.
• Establish and maintain relationships with guests to ensure they feel valued.
• Manage social media posts, hospitality, and taxi programs.
• Arrange transportation for groups and VIP guests, and book parties and VIP events.
• Promote club special events to customers.
• Provide a professional security presence for customers and staff.
• Verify guest age/identification upon entry and maintain a secure, inviting atmosphere.
• Intervene in altercations calmly and effectively to defuse problematic situations.

Qualifications
