Lotus Concepts Management is a dynamic company that operates some of Colorado’s most exciting hospitality venues, including restaurants like ViewHouse, My Neighbor Felix, and Wonderyard, and we are so excited to announce our newest concept opening soon - Belles & Boots!

About the Role:

As a VIP Host, you will be the face of Belles & Boots ensuring that bottle service guests, including celebrities, high-net-worth individuals, and other distinguished visitors in the community, receive the highest level of service from the moment they arrive until they depart. You will be responsible for managing guest relations, networking at community events, managing a weekly street team, coordinating reservations, handling special requests, and ensuring bottle service guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience during their time at the bar. Belles & Boots, coming this spring to Lodo, is Denver’s newest bar and dance hall! We are seeking enthusiastic VIP Hosts to join our dynamic and groundbreaking team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Guest Relations: Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, embodying the welcoming atmosphere of Belles & Boots. Provide exceptional service to all guests and create a memorable, personalized experience for bottle service guests on a weekly basis.
  2. Reservation Management: Effectively manage VIP reservations, ensuring accurate seating arrangements to accommodate seating/area requests.
  3. Communication: Maintain clear communication with the service team to ensure smooth transitions between seating, service and follow up.
  4. Guest Assistance: Extend assistance and information to guests, helping them navigate the nightlife experience and handling any guest concerns or issues with a solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
  1. Previous experience in a host, server, or bartender role within the hospitality industry, preferable in a high-end or upscale setting.
  2. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  3. Strong organizational skills to manage reservations and guest flow effectively.
  4. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on conveying the nightlife offerings at Belles & Boots.
  5. Ability to thrive in a high-volume, dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
  6. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and management.
  7. Flexibility to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
