Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Indiana seeks a VIP Host to develop VIP guest profitability, greet high-value guests, manage accounts, and coordinate with casino teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

You will leverage strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and product knowledge to recognize players, arrange reservations, promotions, and events, and stay compliant with state gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with guest-facing experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain professional demeanor under pressure.
• Familiarity with casino operations and promotions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet VIP guests and manage player accounts and comps based on play and points.
• Coordinate with Executive Host, Inside Sales, and other teams to create VIP experiences.
• Identify new VIP prospects based on property criteria and lead generation.
• Assist guests with reservations and amenity acquisitions, coordinating with casino operations.
• Maintain knowledge of Indiana regulations and property policies.
• Provide superior guest service and be available to meet VIP guests on property.
• Maintain visibility and engage with VIPs throughout shifts.
• Keep VIP data current and compliant with marketing SOPs and IGC requirements.
• Deliver on departmental and individual sales goals.
