Qualifications

• Knowledge of IGT/Patron System, strong Microsoft Office skills, and knowledge of Player Development Software.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license. Be able to obtain/maintain a liquor license with the state of Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Entertain guests and exceed expectations with gracious, enthusiastic and personalized service.
• Provide service to VIP guests including booking hotel reservations and answering questions about promotions.
• Assist with assembling gifts and baskets for hosted guests in hotel rooms.
• Make cold calls to guests on assigned task lists and handle comp requests for reservations.
• Engage with guests on the casino floor and support the PD Manager as needed.
• Work nights and weekends as schedules change to meet business needs.
