Qualifications

• Excellent customer service is required.
• Ability to communicate in a positive & professional manner.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Experience running a multi-line phone system is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line phone system in a professional and courteous manner.
• Receipt of warranty payments.
• Process payments (cash, credit card) and provide receipts.
• Balance cash drawer and log daily.
• Scan and file documents.
• Distribute mail.
• Backup for barista when needed.
• Other tasks assigned by management.
