Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a VIP Assistant to ensure smooth operation of VIP activations at multiple venues. You will greet guests, verify tickets, distribute credentials and merchandise, and help maintain a safe, enjoyable atmosphere for all attendees.

Responsibilities include escorting guests to VIP areas, resolving issues, and assisting with setup and breakdown of activations. The role requires energy, attentiveness, and the ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School degree or equivalent is required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with VIP activations.
• Escort guests to VIP areas during busy times.
• Distribute credentials and merchandise to guests.
• Troubleshoot ticketing issues as they arise.
• Set up and tear down VIP activations.
• Maintain safety and guide guests to designated areas.
