Highgate Hotels is seeking a VIP Experience Manager for The Huntington San Francisco, located in Nob Hill. You will orchestrate personalized experiences for VIP and Distinguished Guests, coordinating with the General Manager and department leaders to ensure preferences are understood and arrangements are executed with discretion and care.

In this role, you’ll engage directly with guests, manage cross‑department collaboration, handle service recovery, and continuously enhance the VIP experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, administrative support, guest services, or a related environment required.

Responsibilities

• VIP planning and personalization—identify preferences and tailor arrival/stay plans.
• Coordinate arrival, stay, and departure arrangements with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage.
• Build guest relationships and perform service recovery with timely resolutions.
• Partner with General Manager on VIP visits and communications.
• Lead VIP program quality improvements and communicate insights to leadership.
