About the Team:

The VIP and Events Manager will support the NAM Marketing team with a primary focus on delivery of events and celebrity relations as part of the 360 marketing strategy for Pandora.

The Manager will work closely with the Director to plan and execute world-class integrated VIP and event strategy supporting brand vision. They should have strong relationships with talent, stylists, managers, agents, publicists, and be able to navigate the Event and VIP landscape and garner new ones.

They will use and elevate existing VIP & stylist relationships and be able to cultivate new relationships. They will work closely with the Director on all aspects of VIP contract negotiations, content creation, product placement, dressing, and event production and management.

The Events and VIP Manager will work to create and maintain a positive public image for the Pandora brand in North America. This position will work closely with other key members of the marketing team in both NAM and Global Headquarters to ensure all efforts align with overall business and brand goals. They should be an out-of-the-box thinker, bringing creative ideas to the table with strong execution skills.

Your Role as a VIP and Events Manager:

  • Develop and execute Pandora’s North American Events and VIP strategy with the focus on driving brand desirability.
  • Manage full Earned Marketing team events including PR, VIP, and Influencer moments.
  • Collaborate to conceptualize events that can drive earned and social coverage.
  • Develop and manage the overall event processes from concept to completion, including decor, run of show, responsibilities, and budget.
  • Support PR and Influencer team on in-store events including ROS, event supplies, in-store materials, and budget.
  • Manage RFP production agencies and vendors that create events aligned with Pandora’s strategy.
  • Foster and maintain relationships within the events industry and with vendors.
  • Manage the creation and upkeep of PR Salon.
  • Secure and manage VIP dressing opportunities.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with VIPs and key opinion leaders.
  • Support negotiation and management of all NAM celebrity/VIP contracts, including usage rights and deliverables.
  • Handle the PR department’s Event and VIP budget, including monthly budget summaries.
  • Create and manage reports for Event and VIP initiatives, including monthly recaps with team support.

What is needed to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, and Communications.
  • 5-8 years experience in events, celebrity, or PR environment.
  • Established industry & VIP relationships in luxury, fashion, and jewelry sectors.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with international consumers and team members.

Travel: Up to 20% travel

Salary in New York: $120,000 - $140,000, commensurate on experience
