Mint Dentistry seeks a friendly Dental Front Desk to welcome patients as the first and last impression, manage the daily schedule with smooth flow, handle payments, verify insurance, and ensure a polished, luxurious patient experience from check-in to checkout. As a Patient Concierge, you will embody the Mint Model and Brand, engage with patients and team members, and contribute to social media moments that showcase our experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience — dental or front desk is a plus.
• Strong multitasking skills — you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A warm, outgoing personality — you love connecting with people.
• Social media savvy — comfortable engaging in photo moments or sharing our patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet every patient like they’re a VIP and manage the daily schedule.
• Check patients in and out with warmth, professionalism, and precision.
• Handle payments and coordinate financial agreements with clarity and care.
• Support the clinical team and ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Represent the Mint image with confidence and professionalism and engage in social media opportunities.
