Job summary

Ashley Furniture is seeking a Local Customer Care Agent to support delivery recovery and customer communication across Fulfillment Centers. You will handle hot deliveries, VIP processes, and proactive communications throughout the delivery and recovery journey.

You will work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, leveraging CRM systems and Microsoft Office to document resolutions and coordinate with stores and RFC personnel for timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in fast-paced environments
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer-focused mindset
• Proficient with chat, phone and email support

Responsibilities

• Handle delivery recoveries and VIP issues with empathy and urgency
• Monitor active recoveries in real time to resolve delays
• Coordinate with RFCs for same-day/next-day recovery deliveries
• Document resolutions in CRM systems and SOPs
• Deliver multi-channel support across driver chat, customer chat and voice channels
• Own customer issues from start to finish with proactive follow-up
