Job summary

DineAmic Hospitality seeks an experienced nightlife professional in Chicago to deliver attentive, personalized service from guest greeting to farewell. You’ll confidently handle bottle service and VIP table experiences, presenting bottles, preparing mixers, and coordinating with bartenders to ensure a high-energy, seamless night for guests.

The role requires strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, champagne, and premium bottle offerings, with a proven ability to upsell and drive guest spending

Qualifications

• Nightlife serving experience preferred.
• Experience with bottle service and VIP table service preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, champagne, and premium bottle offerings.
• Proven ability to upsell and drive guest spending in a nightlife environment.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol per state law.
• Valid alcohol service certification or ability to obtain within required timeframe.
• Availability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized service from greeting through farewell to guests.
• Take drink and bottle service orders with knowledge of offerings.
• Present bottles and prepare mixers, ice, and glassware.
• Monitor bottle levels and maintain a seamless VIP experience.
• Promote premium bottles and rounds to increase engagement and spend.
• Enter orders into POS and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with bartenders, hosts, security, and management for smooth service flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized service area and complete side work.
