THE POSITION

FanDuel Group is looking for a VIP Client Services Senior Associate to support the VIP Shield Select offering. As the VIP Client Services Senior Associate, you will be managing the Shield Select order portfolio as well as assisting with the communications along with the logistical planning and delivery of the VIP experience. Your role will create opportunities to both reward customers and deliver experiences which to our most valuable players. Customer communication both with FanDuel direct customers along with FanDuel third party vendors will be a critical component of this role. This role may from time to time require in person hosting.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play. You can expect to:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to primarily drive VIP customer retention.
  • Provide continuous assessment of our VIP marketing approach and identify areas for improvement and optimizations.
  • Make thoughtful recommendations to key stakeholders to improve the performance of respective programs
  • Own and build strong relationships with internal partners which include but not limited to, brand, legal, marketing insights, CRM and survey teams.Work closely with them to evaluate opportunities and optimize channels that will achieve FanDuel’s business and marketing objectives.
  • Execute and support in VIP marketing launches by establishing benchmarks to strengthen our playbook and how we reward our customers.
  • Oversee campaign data and identify trends to support future scope of work.
  • Work directly with cross VIP platform teams on tactical strategy, innovation opportunities and creative best practices.
  • Enhance our VIP survey offering to uncover and curating insights to help us better understand ourusers.

THE STATS

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience of experiential execution.
  • An ability to learn quickly, adjust to new environments, and proactively contribute to the team's success
  • Experience evaluating opportunities and working with third party vendors.
  • Possesses an analytical and proactive mindset - you enjoy aggregating information across disparate data points and sources into clear, actionable insight
  • Clear communicator and multitasker, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across internal and external stakeholders with ease.

The applicable salary range for this position is $79,000 - $99,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
