Job summary

FEATURE in Las Vegas is seeking a Client Development Specialist to cultivate genuine relationships with our VIP and everyday clients on the sales floor. You will translate the FEATURE DNA into memorable shopping experiences, blending product knowledge with personalized service.

Daily duties include client communications, outreach, data entry in the CRM, coordinating with management, and creating tailored wardrobes from top brands while meeting monthly sales and outreach goals.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail sales or client service experience.
• Customer service experience in-person, via phone, and online.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Be present on the sales floor during peak hours with high-profile clients.
• Create and maintain a strong client book through targeted outreach.
• Log outreach conversations and client data in the CRM software.
• Assist management with product requests, invoices, and ship-outs.
• Provide personalized wardrobes using brand knowledge.
