Job summary

FEATURE is seeking a Client Development Specialist to engage high-profile clients, build lasting relationships, and tailor the FEATURE experience in-store. You will manage client communications, conduct outreach, and maintain thorough client data in our CRM.

The role emphasizes strong product knowledge and exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment. The position is part-time in Las Vegas, with opportunities to contribute to brand awareness and client book growth while collaborating

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of retail sales and/or client service experience.
• Customer service experience in-person, via phone, and through other electronic communication.
• Self-starter with ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Be present on the sales floor during peak hours for high-profile clients.
• Offer special wardrobe + other services to high-profile clients.
• Communicate with management via Asana to secure client-requested products, invoices, in-store cashouts + ship outs.
• Create/save client data within our CRM software to maintain important client information.
