TheKey in Newport Beach, CA is seeking qualified caregivers for private in-home care, focusing on transfers and dementia support. We offer open availability, flexible shifts, and competitive pay at $23 per hour to start.

You will support clients 1:1 in their homes with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. We also provide paid training, benefits, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• HCA Registration with the State of California (we can help you obtain on hire).
• Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming and assisting with meals.
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, errands, and grocery shopping.
