Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide stellar customer service to internal and external customers and vendors; promote service programs.
• Retrieve, prepare, display, sell and serve products including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Pour, mix or prepare ingredients to make beverages as ordered.
• Ensure garnish items are stocked and prepared (lemons, limes, olives, celery, cherries).
• Prepare and serve food to bar guests.
• Follow safe food and beverage handling procedures to ensure quality.
• Maintain freshness by rotating and stocking items; keep at proper temperatures.
• Operate cash registers and process transactions; make deposits and reconcile cash.
• Keep work areas clean, sanitized and organized; empty trash and clean surfaces.
