Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality or entertainment environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Customer service first mentality and love working with and helping people.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Availability to work most home basketball games; weekend availability is needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the VIP lobby for use; this could include wiping down countertops, looking for hazards, reporting issues.
• When gates open, welcome patrons with a great smile and helpful attitude.
• Scan event tickets, ensuring proper entry and ticket validity.
• Assist patrons in locating their suite or club.
• Be alert to hazards and report incidents promptly.
• Monitor assigned area for issues and opportunities to create memories for fans.
• Respond to guest concerns/complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist guests with ADA-accessible needs.
• Enforce building policies to ensure a safe environment.
• Manage foot traffic flow within the lobby.
• Know arena emergency evacuation plan to assist guests in emergencies.
