Live Nation Entertainment in Denver is seeking a proactive VIP Guest Services Associate to drive premium experiences at shows, selling VIP seat upgrades, priority entry, and other premium experiences.

You'll build strong relationships with VIP clients and internal teams, participate in new hire training, and coordinate show operations to ensure seamless guest experiences. The role requires daytime and nighttime availability and the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment.

• Build strong relationships with VIP clients, VIP team and all internal departments
• Participate in all new hire processes including training
• Coordinate operations on night of shows with Ops Manager, servers, and security to ensure premium experiences are delivered
• Responsible for nightly setup and breakdown of the entire VIP areas
• Maintain exemplary and professional grooming standards.
• Oversee the guest services team.

Expected compensation

The expected compensation for this position is: $19.29 USD - $24.00 USD Hourly Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience. Live Nation Entertainment will never request payment, or equipment purchases as part of the hiring process.
