Job summary

Hard Rock Digital in Tampa seeks a VIP Associate to cultivate premium relationships, manage high-value clients, and advance our VIP value proposition across the region. You will collaborate with HRD VIP account managers, record wallet share data, stay compliant with state regulations, and use Salesforce or similar tools plus Tableau/Power BI to inform decisions.

Regular travel and flexible hours are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in white glove customer service.
• Experience in sportsbook or gaming industry is a plus.
• Ability to obtain regulator licenses for each jurisdiction within remit.
• Strong communication with clients and colleagues.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce/Oracle/Zendesk) and analytics platforms (Tableau/Power BI).
• Current Motor Vehicle license.

Responsibilities

• Develop high potential customer relationships within the specified region/s and vertical into premium VIPs.
• Develop account plans to convert business and product awareness to grow our share of wallet.
• Meet with VIP customers, retaining the most important customers of our business.
• Adhere to budgeting guidelines and make recommendations to qualify & convert the target audience of high potential customers.
• Collaborate with and manage relationships between HRD VIP group and other internal VIP account managers.
• Collect and record information on customer wallet share, interests and preferences.
• Ensure all relevant intelligence and business information is maintained in the CRM tool weekly.
• Ensure knowledge of and compliance with regulatory obligations and company policies in each state.
• Lead or support special projects as assigned by VIP Leadership.

• Any other duties or tasks, as directed, within your skills and experience.
