Qualifications

• Extensive professional performance in violin required.
• Experience teaching violin to majors or in a university setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach violin majors lessons for winter semester 2027.
• Prepare students for juries, competitions, and other pursuits.
• Mentor students in applying to summer music festivals when applicable.
• Maintain a positive attitude and collegial conduct at all times.
• Commitment to the mission of BYU and the AIMS of BYU Education.
• Mentor students with a gospel perspective.
