Qualifikationen

• Graduation from High School or GED.
• Minimum one year of violence or gang intervention experience.
• Must obtain Class C Texas driver's license within 30 days.

• Supervises outreach workers and violence interrupters.
• Manages cases with complex or highly volatile nature.
• Mediate intergroup conflicts to resolve community tensions.
• Monitors educational/mediation activities and expands interventions as needed.
• Plans events to promote intergroup harmony.
• Oversees development and conduct of workshops to address intergroup conflict.
• Develops and disseminates public education materials.
• Reviews staff reports and tracks program progress.
• Organizes regular program reviews and training.
• Maintains relationships with community leaders and assists transport of staff.
