Goodwill Kentucky is seeking an energetic Violence Intervention Specialist to join our team. This position involves conducting street outreach in high-risk areas of Louisville to prevent and mitigate violent incidents.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with at-risk individuals and be capable of establishing relationships to help them. A flexible work schedule is necessary to meet programming needs, which may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous work with high-risk individuals and in-depth knowledge of the targeted area required.
• Must demonstrate proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have an assertive personality and outstanding communication skills.
