Custom Graphics Inc in Fargo, ND is hiring a Vinyl Graphics Installer – Will Train. You will install decals, wraps, and signs on vehicles and buildings, with careful prep and precise alignment to ensure a bubble-free result.

No vinyl experience is required; training will be provided. The role is full-time, 40 hours, with overtime, and pays $20–$25 per hour, plus a 401(k) with match, health benefits, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Will train vinyl installation for the right person.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Comfortable on a ladder, scaffolding, or a lift.
• Able to move 50 lbs as needed.
• Willing to travel with the crew locally or regionally, with some overnights.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prep surfaces so the vinyl sticks and stays stuck.
• Lay decals, lettering, and full vehicle wraps – straight, aligned, no bubbles.
• Work the problem when on-site job differs from paper.
• Keep the shop, truck and tools in order.
• Travel with the crew, mostly local and regional, with some overnights.
