Job summary

Losberger De Boer in Frederick, MD is seeking a Vinyl Manufacturing Specialist to support the fabrication and maintenance of our structure tent materials. This is a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing role with no prior vinyl experience required—we will train the right candidate.

You will operate sewing machines and heat welders, follow precise instructions, maintain clean workstations, and collaborate with a reliability-focused team that values quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read measurements and follow instructions.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.

• Industrial sewing experience is a plus, but not required.

• Operate industrial sewing machines, heat welders, and hand tools (training provided).
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and consistency.

• Support warehouse operations as needed.
