This role identifies, grades, and sorts vintage and secondhand garments according to established quality and classification standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vintage clothing, brands, and resale trends.
• Experience in vintage retail, thrift stores, consignment, or fashion merchandising.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and ability to meet productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify and classify vintage and used clothing by grade descriptions.
• Recognize vintage brands, labels, eras, styles, and trends.
• Sort garments into designated categories.
• Maintain production and quality standards.
• Inspect garments for quality and distinguishing vintage characteristics.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
