Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC is seeking a hydro-vacuum operator to perform non-destructive excavation around sensitive underground piping and cables. The role involves operating an on-board hydro-vacuum system, tank entry, cleaning, vacuuming, and equipment mobilization.

Heavy lifting and working at heights may be required, with travel out of town/state as needed. A valid driver's license and OSHA-10 certification are required, plus strong communication and safety-mindedness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and OSHA10 safety card certification is required.
• If OSHA10 certification is not held, Hydro Excavators, LLC will pay for computer-based training with online course within 5 days of hiring. Certification remains with applicant.

Responsibilities

• Document all Company, Federal, State, and Customer documentation/paperwork as required by law or policy in a clear and legible manner.
• Communicate with on-site customer representatives to locate the least-intrusive and safest place to park equipment.
• Lead and direct subordinate personnel to perform duties/tasks in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
• Troubleshoot and, as needed, perform minor repairs to equipment.
• Safety-mindedness is essential.
• Travel out of town and out of state to work will be required.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 60+ pounds and work heavy equipment.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be comfortable navigating electronic equipment.

Position Overview

Seventy percent or more of the job's work time is spent operating the on-board hydro- vacuum system outside the truckperforming non-destructive excavation around sensitive underground piping and cables. Other hydro-vac work consists of tank entry, cleaning and vacuuming, mobilization of equipment, truck maintenance, andsafety meetings. Heavy lifting at times is required. Working at heights is sometimes required.

Essential Functions

• Valid Driver's license
