LOCATION: Remote (Work From Home) - On location
POSITION TYPE: Contract, part-time, Starting at $30/hr plus bonuses

Jack Laurier is seeking a talented home caretaker and housekeeper with an opportunity to join our world class team and build your career with our team. The Villa Caretaker role is a critical aspect of our business, and we welcome someone who is eager to contribute their personality, skill, and attention to detail to build on the strength of our team. In this role you will ensure that all home caretaking tasks and projects are completed in line with the standards of the Jack Laurier brand.

This is an ideal position for someone seeking to grow their career in luxury real estate and who has an interest in contributing their organizational skills and knowledge of real estate maintenance. To be successful in this role you must be someone who is extremely organized, skilled in communication, passionate about luxury real estate, detail oriented and approaches all tasks and goals proactively, and determined to build your career as a property caretaker in the luxury industry. A desire to learn and apply the rules of luxury service is preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Help create meaningful onsite experiences for guests
2. Adhere to the "plus one" culture of guest services
3. Take note of purchasing trends
4. Measure, monitor, and report on direct guest feedback
5. Facilitate direct conversations with guests and respond to queries
6. Develop an optimal experience management schedule, considering lead-time and guest arrival/departure dates
7. Perform property inspections, inventory counts, and reports at every guest check-out
8. Ensure the property is immaculately cleaned and personally staged (inside and out) for every guest arrival
9. Ensure our C.A.R.E. caretaking system is properly implemented for every guest
10. Suggest and implement new ways to delight guests with our in-home experience
