Position Overview

ViiV Healthcare is a global specialty HIV company, dedicated to researching and delivering new medicines for people living with, and at risk of, HIV. We are committed to ending HIV/AIDS through innovative treatments, community programs, and expanding access to care. We are seeking an experienced, strategic Regional Sales Director for HIV Prevention in the Great Lakes region to lead our Injectable PrEP Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with company goals.
2. Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Territory Account Managers.
3. Build external relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and stakeholders.
4. Manage compliance and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
5. Drive performance through targeted initiatives and KPIs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree.
• Minimum 9 years pharmaceutical sales experience, including 6+ years in specialty management.
• Proven leadership in developing and managing specialty sales teams.
• Experience with strategic planning and execution.
• Willingness to travel domestically as required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in HIV market and specialty product launches.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary ranges from $177,000 to $295,000 annually, plus bonuses, long-term incentives, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid leave.
