Job summary

Bill Johnston Landscape Company in Willow Grove, PA is hiring an experienced Landscape Foreman / Crew Leader to oversee professional crews on residential and commercial properties across Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties. This full-time role offers year-round work based on workload and weather.

You will lead crews, survey sites, design basic layouts, estimate labor and materials, coordinate with clients, and ensure proper job costing. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ months experience as Landscaping Worker, Laborer, or similar role.
• Experience leading crews preferred
• Fluency in English required
• Spanish preferred (not required)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong knowledge of plant varieties and landscaping equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside a landscaping crew
• Survey client properties and determine scope of work
• Design basic landscape layouts
• Estimate labor hours and materials
• Coordinate scheduling with clients
• Prepare crews and equipment for daily job sites
