Job summary

Askew & Sons is seeking a skilled asphalt paving operator to lay mat efficiently and accurately across various project conditions. You will operate the Weiler P385 and Astec RP pavers, ensuring a straight line and consistent width on different job sites.

Responsibilities include laying out paving runs per project plans, performing preventive maintenance on equipment, and maintaining line accuracy, including narrow widths. Prior paving experience is preferred for reliable performance.
