Overview

Handles inbound calls in both English and Vietnamese. Serves members by being an advocate and point of contact for member questions and concerns regarding benefits, eligibility, referrals, claims and any other aspects of plan benefits and services. Ensures member satisfaction by providing superior customer service and willingness to help at all times while maintaining a professional demeanor.

• Handle inbound calls in English and Vietnamese.
• Serve members as advocate and contact for questions/concerns regarding benefits, eligibility, referrals, claims and other plan benefits and services.
• Maintain member satisfaction with superior customer service and professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Call Center experience - 2+ years
• Bilingual in a MUST
• Health plan experience preferred
• Experience Level: Intermediate

Job Details

• Pay: $21/hr
• Start Date: October 13
• Location: 100% Remote

Pay and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
