ContactLink Solutions LLC is seeking skilled Vietnamese-English interpreters to join our remote team in the United States. This is a fully remote, full-time contractor position with immediate onboarding and ongoing opportunities to support international clients.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of interpretation experience, strong listening and note-taking skills, and the ability to render accurate concepts according to interpretation protocols.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
• Based in US.
• Minimum 3 years of interpretation experience.
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking to ensure accuracy.
• Ability to explain cultural concepts per client request without omissions or additions.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally, following interpreter code of conduct.
• Familiar with industry vocabularies, especially healthcare and medical terminology.
• Participate in internal professional training.
• Report to team leader and coordinate with colleagues.

Notepads, writing utensils, glossaries, and dictionaries are useful tools.

Candidate Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Vietnamese
• Based in US
• Minimum 3 year of interpretation experience
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy
• Ability to render correct concepts and meanings according to established interpretation protocols, avoiding omissions or additions
• Ability to explain certain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication, with permission or at the request of the client

Technical Requirements

• 90% English proficiency
• Steady wired internet connection
• USB wired headset
• Windows 10 or Mac
