Job summary

Rixos Phu Quoc is seeking a creative Content Creator – Hotel Activities to bring stories to life across digital platforms. You will support the development and execution of a content strategy, working with Marketing and Design to showcase the hotel's vibrant atmosphere and guest experiences.

The role blends storytelling, collaboration and on-the-ground execution in a fast-paced environment, focusing on real moments during events and activities with a luxury brand voice.

Qualifications

• Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability.
• Confident communicator with an outgoing personality.
• Comfortable working around guests, events and live activities.
• Strong writing skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Understanding of social media platforms and engagement techniques.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Basic photography and short-form video skills are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of content strategy aligned with marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Design teams to plan content style, tone and layout.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and activity promotions.
• Produce high-engagement content highlighting hotel activities and guest experiences.
• Capture real-time content during events, activities and special moments.
• Maintain brand voice and ensure copyright/legal compliance.
