Job summary

LSA is continuously accepting qualified interpreters for a wide range of interpreting assignments! As a contractor, you will provide interpretation with a focus on confidentiality and professional conduct, meeting client clearance requirements and adhering to industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Full fluency in both English and Vietnamese.
• Ability to provide a high level of client service.
• 1+ year of professional interpreting experience preferred.
• Industry‑specific certifications/trainings preferred (CMI, CCHI, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service.
• Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct, including maintaining strict standards of confidentiality.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including professional interpretation protocols and industry specific best practices.
• Adhere to clearance requirements as requested by clients.
• Report on site to any accepted assignments in a timely manner.
• Access to personal or public transport.
