Based in Everett, WA, USA - focused on production and repair of aerospace ventilation systems you are our key to support France to USA transfer project and industrialization.

Key Missions

1. Project Management: Manage planning and tasks linked to the new products industrialization.
2. Planning: Guarantee respect of planning, tasks, and milestones. Ensure On Time Delivery of each first produced batch parts.
3. Tasks: Manage the qualification of samples, process, and assembly. Perform process risk analysis.
4. Industrialization: Build the Industrialization file – its milestones and manufacturing process.
5. Reports: Report to the Head of Operations of SAFRAN Ventilation Systems USA LLC. Weekly inform French and US Safran Team of the progress of each product development. Inform / highlight / escalate issues without delay.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
2. Ability to work well autonomously and within a team.
3. Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.
4. Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
