Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• First experience with supply chain processes and procurement.
• Initial experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Familiarity with KPIs and data analysis.
• Certification in supply chain, procurement, project management, or LEAN would be a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team- oriented and cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Efficient and effective execution of standardized supply chain and procurement processes.
• Operational order processing in SAP, including tracking and securing order confirmations.
• Contributing to cross-functional supply chain projects.
• Assessing material availability and managing escalations in case of supply shortages.
• Handling Non-Conformity Reports (NCR).
• Monitoring and analyzing KPIs such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), Material Inventory Turn (MIT), inventory levels, and missing parts.
• Supporting supply chain digitalization initiatives, such as Ariba.
